Nest's restaurant, Petit Oiseau, is an ultra modern French restaurant, specialising in tasting-plates. The executive chef, Eric Allouard, has a wealth of experience having worked in a number of two Michelin-starred establishments in France; London eateries including Sketch; and hotel restaurants. His menus will be characterised by modern French dishes featuring only the freshest seasonal ingredients, with many ingredients imported from France. The hotel also features a contemporary bar.

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 12.50 per person. Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 19.50 per person.
