Jaan, the hotel's stylish restaurant, offers fine cuisine based on modern French cooking. Its contemporary, minimalist culinary presentations are enhanced with delicate and subtle Asian flavours and scents. Signature dishes include wild pigeon and foie gras, and rabbit and lobster roulade. The extensive wine list at Jaan also offers carefully chosen wines by the glass to complement each dish. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 10:30, 12:00 to 14:30 and 17:45 to 22:30. Saturday: 07:00 to 10:30 and 17:45 to 22:30. Sunday: 08:00 to 11:00. The restaurant's décor is contemporary and elegant. The ceiling-to-floor sliding glass doors overlook the serene garden courtyard, which offers alfresco dining during warmer months. Adjacent to the magnificent garden courtyard is Temple Bar, the perfect place to enjoy casual conversation and a cigar, complemented by a glass of aged whisky, whilst savouring the traditional and cosy atmosphere. See and be seen in Mauve, the new, modern and stylish lounge serving afternoon tea and light meals during the day and specially selected wines, champagnes and cocktails during the evening.
