The Blue Door Bistro offers a menu featuring both modern British cuisine, as well as traditional classic dishes. Afternoon tea in the hotel’s conservatory attracts local residents, as well as hotel guests. They come to catch up with the day’s news and to demolish a generous plate of scones, served with home-made strawberry jam and Devonshire clotted cream. During the summer, guests head for the refreshing drinks and sizzling barbecues out on the Terrace and Wood Deck. These are also popular spots for light summer lunches.
